Gum Mobile.com Returns Procedure
In order to complete a successful return, please first read our returns policy in the Terms & Conditions page, then follow the steps below.
1.Email us at returns@gummobile.com with your order number and reason for return. Returns are accepted up to 14 days from the date the item was received. Products must be originally sealed and in unused condition. If the return is warranty or fault related, details of the fault must be notified in the email from yourself. Any faults after the 14 day period must be forwarded to the manufacturer to issue a warranty claim. We will still help after the 14 day period if you require our assistance for a warranty claim.
2.We will respond back with a unique RMA number and details on where to return your purchase, whether it be a local service centre or our warehouse. This depends upon the nature of the claim. The product must be returned with all the original box contents or we have the right to deny the return or charge for missing contents (please see our Terms & Conditions). We recommend you use a secure and tracked service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery where proof of delivery can be recorded. We can not be held liable if the goods are not returned safely and securely.
3. Once we have received the product back it will be checked for any faults, damage, missing contents. If the return was for a fault we will check the fault exist before issuing a replacement.
4.Once we have accepted the return we will notify you by email and issue a refund or replacement, details of this will be supplied in the email. Refunds or credit will be issued for unwanted, unused returns and replacements will be issued for faulty products. If we can not replace for any reason we will offer a refund or credit in the form of a voucher code. The refund will be issued minus any postage fees, and we may charge a restocking fee if contents are missing or there is significant damage to any part of the product. This includes box, contents or actual product.
