1. Are your phones SIM Free Unlocked and Unbranded?
Yes, all of the phones are completely SIM free and will work on all networks. All phones come completely unbranded by the networks they come straight from the manufactures and have never been associated with any networks.
2. Can I collect?
Yes, we do allow collections but as we are not a store this would need to be arranged prior to collection.
3. How long is the Warranty?
On LG and Motorola there is a 12 month manufactures warranty and with Nokia, Blackberry, HTC, Sony Ericsson and Acer the handsets come with a 24 month warranty unless stated otherwise.
4. How much does shipping cost?
All shipping in the UK is free most European shipping is £29.99 and £49.99 worldwide including USA Canada and Australia
5. Why is this phone cheaper on PAYG?
When a network sells a PAYG handset they sell the phone at a loss and then make there money back through top ups, similar to how you can get a phone "Free" when you take out a contract. With SIM Free phones you pay for the true value of the handset. However there is many advantages to this as you have no network tie and the handset can be used with any SIM card in any country.
6. Will the phone work on the 3 network?
The 3 network works through 3G signal so as long as we have ticked next to 3G in the listing or stated that there is 3G capabilities on the phone then it will work.
